She is a Director at Baxy Ltd and a Director at Central Park, the renowned ultra-luxury real estate brand recognised for concept-based living, sustainable architecture, world-class amenities, and integrated hospitality. Mrs. Bakshi has always been deeply drawn to Early childhood education. She has personally taught young children for over a decade, an experience that profoundly shapes Vedanya’s philosophy and classroom culture. Ritu Sharma brings over 25 years of experience across corporate strategy, EdTech, and progressive education. After a successful decade in corporate sales, marketing, and planning, she transitioned into the education sector and held leadership roles at progressive schools. As Head of Operations at Vedanya, she oversees key operational functions across both campuses, ensuring seamless administration, efficient systems, and a supportive environment for students, staff, and families. She is committed to strengthening institutional processes while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
