Ms. Amrita Bakshi is the Founder and Chairperson of Vedanya Schools. Vedanya a purpose driven education initiative dedicated to values-based learning and the holistic development of every child. Vedanya was founded with her deep personal belief that education must nurture not only the intellect, but also character, compassion, and confidence, essentials for laying a strong foundation for a conscious and inclusive society. With a distinguished professional background spanning education, industry, and real estate, Mrs. Bakshi brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and people centric ideology. She is a Director at Baxy Ltd and a Director at Central Park, the renowned ultra-luxury real estate brand recognised for concept-based living, sustainable architecture, world-class amenities, and integrated hospitality. Mrs. Bakshi has always been deeply drawn to Early childhood education. She has personally taught young children for over a decade, an experience that profoundly shapes Vedanya’s philosophy and classroom culture. Her deep involvement and engagement ensure that the schools remain grounded in empathy, kindness, and age-appropriate innovation. Lt. Col Rajiv Saxena (Retd.)
Lt Col Rajiv Saxena (Retd.) is a distinguished veteran of the Indian Army with extensive experience spanning combat, logistics, infrastructure, administration, and strategic resource management. During his military career, he held multiple operational and administrative appointments and executed large-scale responsibilities in demanding environments. He transitioned to the corporate sector and served as Assistant General Manager with ICICI Bank’s Infrastructure Services and Management Group (ISMG). During his decade-long corporate tenure, he was responsible for end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle management and operationalisation of infrastructure projects to include rollout of new bank branches, large offices, and specialised premises. He subsequently moved into the education sector, where he was the Bursar at The Scindia School, Gwalior and later served as General Manager Administration at Pathways World School, Aravali. His professional journey across the Indian Army, banking and corporate infrastructure, and premier educational institutions has given him a distinctive combination of strategic leadership, operational discipline, infrastructure expertise, financial prudence, vendor management, and institutional administration. He brings a strong focus on systems, processes, [, safety, infrastructure planning, resource optimisation, and efficient delivery, with an ability to translate organisational objectives into structured and executable plans.
Kawaljeet Kaur
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Kaur is driven by a clear mission - to nurture the whole child: intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. A certified Early Years Curriculum Developer (IEYP) from Kunskapsskolan, Sweden, and a trained SEN Coach under KHDA, UAE, she brings a well-rounded and inclusive approach to early learning. Throughout her journey, Ms. Kaur has been associated with some of India’s most reputed and forward-thinking educational institutions. She has been at the forefront of curriculum innovation and teacher development, seamlessly integrating global best practices with contextual relevance. She has designed and facilitated impactful training programmes, capacity-building workshops, and professional learning modules for educators across diverse settings, always with the aim of fostering emotionally safe, stimulating, and joyful environments for both learners and teachers. Her key areas of expertise include early childhood education and development, integrated curriculum design, mindfulness and social-emotional learning (SEL), inclusive pedagogies, and differentiated instruction. As a mentor to both teachers and parents, she believes in building strong partnerships that support every child’s unique learning journey. In her role at Vedanya International School, Ms. Kaur will lead the Early Years Programme at Central Park Resorts & Central Park Flower Valley and CBSE curriculum up to Grade 2 at Central Park Resorts Campus, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and holistic child development.
Shiny Shirley Vincent
With over 12 years of dedicated leadership in Early Childhood Care and Education, Ms. Shiny Shirley Vincent considers nurturing young minds her true calling. She is committed to fostering a vibrant learning culture where curiosity thrives and every child feels safe, valued and emotionally secure. Ms. Vincent excels at designing engaging, child-centered environments that accommodate individual learning needs while seamlessly blending warmth with high-quality pedagogy. By instilling confidence, independence and a love for discovery, she ensures that every early learner develops a strong foundation for lifelong success and joyful, self-directed learning.
Niharika Kaur
With 11 years of experience in education, Niharika brings a rich and diverse understanding of both CBSE and IB curricula, complemented by her recent experience at Scottish High International School. Her professional journey has been deeply rooted in the Early Years and Pre-Primary, where she has championed child-centred, experiential, and inquiry-led approaches to learning. For Niharika, the early years are the foundation of a child’s identity as a learner- a time when curiosity is nurtured, independence takes root, and every question opens the door to possibility. She believes in creating learning experiences that are purposeful, joyful, and responsive, allowing children to explore, make connaections, express their ideas, and construct their own understanding of the world around them.
