a. Parents/guardians may request withdrawal of their child/children by filling a withdrawal form duly signed by parents/guardians or by the parent having sole legal custody or rights over the student to be withdrawn.
b. An equivalent to one month’s (1-30 Indian Calendar) Academic Fee will be retained and the rest of the Academic Fee, if paid in advance, will be refunded on pro-rata basis.
c. Similarly, the interest-free Security Deposit will also be refunded on withdrawal of the student.
d. Please note that once paid, the Token Registration Fee and Admission Fee is not refundable whether or not the student has commenced classes.
e. Unused portions of the charges paid towards food and transport will be refunded on pro-rata basis.
f. Similarly, any unused portion charges paid towards special classes such speech and language therapy, occupational therapy will be refunded on pro-rata basis
g. It is clarified that in case a parent applies for withdrawal, for example on 15th Sept, the school will retain/charge the fees/other additional charges as stipulated above for the months of September and October and thereafter fee/other additional charges will be refunded.
h. Payments made towards excursions will be refunded as per the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy of the facilitator/third party. All refunds must be processed directly and the school will not take responsibility or negotiate such refunds on behalf of students cancelling their trip or withdrawing from school.
i. Completion of all student exit procedures (including issuing the Transfer Certificate) will be completed within 30 working days of receiving a request for withdrawal, provided the School is in session.
j. All funds related settlement will be cleared within 10 (ten) working days after the Transfer Certificate is provided.
